By placing an order with Mira Mode, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are customized and made to order.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working business days after order confirmation.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Once an order moves into processing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Customer location
    • Courier partner operations
    • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We currently ship across India.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking information.

6. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard delivery process.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, Mira Mode will not be responsible for delays or losses.
  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our logistics partners, Mira Mode is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

No refunds or cancellations will be provided for delivery delays once the order has been shipped.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

In rare cases where your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Include your order number for verification

Each case will be reviewed individually, and Mira Mode reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Mira Mode is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

10. Policy Changes

Mira Mode reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
