At Mira Mode, every product is specially customized and made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are accepted.
By placing an order on www.miramode.com (the “Site”), you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation Timeframe
- Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation requests made within this 12-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
1.2 How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement at:

Please include your order number and registered email/phone number in the request.
1.3 Cancellation Not Allowed After 12 Hours
- Once 12 hours have passed, the order is automatically moved into processing.
- After this stage, cancellations are not permitted, as the product begins customization.
2. Customized Products – Important Notice
All Mira Mode products are customized and made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once customization has started
- Orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once printed or shipped
This policy helps us maintain quality standards and avoid misuse.
3. Return Policy (No Returns)
Mira Mode does not accept returns under any circumstances once the order has been printed or shipped.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or design selected by the customer
- Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting
- Delay caused by courier partners
Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, sizing, and customization options carefully before placing an order.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following condition:
- Order is cancelled within 12 hours of placement
4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The order has been printed or shipped
- The cancellation request is made after 12 hours
- Incorrect information is provided by the customer
- Delivery delays occur due to courier or external factors
4.3 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider
5. Exchange Policy (No Exchanges)
Mira Mode does not offer any exchange policy.
Since all products are customized, we are unable to provide exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Design preferences
- Color differences
- Any other reason
Please ensure accuracy in all selections before confirming your order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Order number
Each case will be reviewed individually. Mira Mode reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
